Important Information Regarding Christmas and Seasonal PREORDER items:
About 80% of our Christmas and Seasonal stock have arrived. All products we are still waiting for are marked as "PREORDER" items on our website. All orders containing PREORDER items will only ship in their entirety when all the items on the order are available. We expect the outstanding PREORDER items to arrive in the next few weeks.
Since we do not ship partial orders, we highly recommend that you place a separate order for your PREORDER items if you want the in-stock items to ship ASAP. All Seasonal preorders must be prepaid (upon checkout) to secure your selection. Every season a handful of items do not arrive or arrive damaged. If your order is affected, we will let you know ASAP to find a substitute or give a refund.
